With over a decade of teaching experience, Mel’s ethos is all about balance. Specialising in Rocket and all things dynamic, with specially curated playlists, you’ll find her up-beat classes are a go-to for that energetic lift, but she puts as much love into making time for that slow restoration which she feels is so desperately needed. She describes her teaching style as playful, anatomical and informative.

Kate
Working as a school teacher, Kate originally turned up to yoga for a slice of peace and tranquillity in her noisy days. She soon realised the incredible physical and mental benefits and became a yoga addict, completing her training in 2015. Kate promises a warm and friendly environment and that satisfying post-yoga feeling. She describes her teaching style as strong dynamic with a relaxing twist.

Anna
Anna is a teacher with a wealth of knowledge. Trained in a number of disciplines including Yin, Hatha, Power, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. She has passion for joint health and range of motion, focusing on mobility and breathwork. She describes her style as functional, accessible yoga with a emphasis on breath and mobility.

Dan
Dan is a movement and philosophy teacher . He was first introduced to yoga at drama school in 2002 where he trained daily with Edward Clark (Tripsichore). Having practiced a range of styles ever since and with a love for Eastern Philosophy he qualified as a yoga teacher in 2019. He describes his teaching style as expansive, fun and philosophical.

Eve
Eve is a trained Scraravelli inspired Hatha yoga teacher with further Birthlight qualifications in Perinatal Yoga for pregnancy, postnatal, baby yoga and massage. Eve enjoys yoga practice as a sort of ‘coming home’. 'In the sense that wherever you are geographically, physically or mentally, it’s a space to come back to oneself. With 12 years teaching experience and four children of her own, Eve brings a gentle and supportive approach to her classes, encouraging self nurture, freedom alongside strength. Eve describes her teaching style as both restful and re-energising.

Physical and mental wellbeing is at the heart of Steve’s practice and teaching. Trained in the Sivananda lineage, his 20 year exploration of yoga has lead him to many different disciplines. He describes his teaching style as a fluid process that works on several levels - physical, mental and energetic. Helping people find balance and flow in all they do.

Vicki
Being a ballet dancer for 20 years, Vicki moved into dance based exercise and has practiced Pilates for 10 years, qualifying in 2021. She fell in love with the practice for it’s ability to work multiple muscle groups in one go. She has a progressive structure which allows students to continually advance in their practice. She describes her teaching style as challenging, inclusive and fun.

Natalia
After years of running, Natalia turned to yoga to heal her knees and calm the stresses from a high pressure job. Wanting to help others start their own journey towards a pain free and happier life, she completed her first training in 2018. As a mum of two, Natalia is passionate about supporting mums-to-be on their own pregnancy and childbirth journeys. Her classes are about listening to your body and moving at your own pace. She describes her teaching style as warm and empowering.
