FAQ’s

  • Yoga and Pilates. Ranging from gentle restorative and yin to more dynamic practices such as Rocket, and everything in between. We have Qigong as well as pre-natal classes. Mum and baby yoga coming soon!

    We also private classes, 1:1 sessions and corporate wellbeing.

  • Classes → Book.

    Create a log in with our bookings provider and purchase a class pass, class pack or take advantage of our introductory offer - available to every member.

  • You can let the teacher know about any injuries or muscular/skeletal issues when you arrive. We will accommodate you as best we can.

  • All classes are held at our studio in Farncombe.

    If you have booked a corporate wellbeing class, we will come to your business.

  • You can join any class. The teacher will offer modifications where needed. Please note, the Rocket classes are for experienced practitioners with a good understanding of their body and a regular practice.

  • Please wear something you feel comfortable moving in.

  • Please check with a medical professional before taking part in any physical exercise. A number of teachers are pre-natal trained, so can modify poses for those who are pregnant.

    If you have an established practice you are welcome to join any yoga class. You know your body and it’s limits.

    We have pre-natal yoga classes on the schedule.

  • Everyone can purchase our introductory offer for £45. This is for 3 weeks of classes so you can try everything on offer at Rise.

    You can buy single class passes (£17), or purchase a block of 5, 10 or 20. Buying class packs work out cheaper.

  • Everything you need for your practice is provided at the studio. We have a plentiful supply of mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets, as well as Pilates equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own.

  • You can cancel a class up to six hours before the class start time. Your class pass will be refunded to your account.

    If you cancel within the six hour cancellation period, you will not be refunded.
